EV Charger Maintenance

Chargers stop working for all sorts of reasons — app connectivity faults, tripped RCDs, worn connectors, or a unit that's simply reached end of life. We diagnose the actual fault rather than guessing, and where a repair isn't viable we'll recommend a straightforward replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about EV Charger Maintenance

Can you service a charger you didn't originally install?

Yes, absolutely. Most of our maintenance callouts are on chargers fitted by other installers or the original developer. We work on all major brands and will always explain what we find before carrying out any repair.

How quickly can you get to a faulty charger?

We aim to offer a same-day or next-day response for fault callouts, Monday to Saturday. Get in touch with the fault symptoms and we'll give you a realistic timeframe.

Will I receive a quote before any repair work starts?

Always. After diagnosing the fault, you'll receive a clear, itemised quote — no hidden extras, no surprise charges. Nothing proceeds until you've reviewed and approved it.

How much does an EV charger repair or service cost?

Cost depends on the fault — a firmware or connectivity issue is typically far cheaper to fix than a component or full unit replacement. We diagnose first and always confirm a fixed price before any repair work goes ahead.
